Perfect service by excellent people, first class treatment. Food was delicious and prepared with love and care. Nice cocktails served with complimentary tiny bite of the day, very lovely. Starters and mains were carefully prepared and were generous portions. Unique restaurant worth a visit. Two dining rooms across the street from each other.
The best restaurant we ate at in our short stay. The food was sublime. The duck, rice and soy was so delicious I would love to recreate. The wine was well chosen to compliment each course. You can taste how much love is poured into this place. A must try at least once
We had the duck rice and special beef soup which was outstanding! The owner also served the dishes with a homemade chilly sauce and we loved it! The special beef soup was a dish that the owner made the last Sunday for her elderly mom. My husband and son just loved it! Will definitely come again next time!
I was only in Lissabon for a couple of days, and wanted to find a places with good fish before I left. It’s not often I take time to write a review, only if it’s something special, and this place was. The food was really good, the waiter was super friendly, the owner of the place invited all the guests in as if you were at a good friend’s house and told me stories about how her grandmother made here the soup I got when she was a little girl. But for me the best experience of it all was the sommerlie, he was so presented me with some lovely wines, and told me stories to all of them. If I could give an even higher review I would, looking forward to eating there in the future much love from Copenhagen
Food was amazing! Every dish we tried was so flavorful! From the starters to the dessert! We got to meet the chef, such a wonderful woman. The staff was very nice, they speak English/Spanish which made it easier for us to understand the dishes. Highly recommend!
This gem of a find was just a couple of minutes away from our Air BnB and we wanted something easy, laid back on a Sunday night after a few days of heavy tourist duty in Lisbon. The service was super attentive, we have spoken several times with the head chef and owner, who, together with her staff made sure that we have a great time. The menu is Portuguese with some international influence. Everything was super tasty, with high and good quality ingredients. The mini-aubergine starter with feta was delicious, the chicken satay the same. My friend ate beef stroganoff which was tender and tasty, while I ate the duck rice, which turned out to be a great choice, as it was perfectly balancing sweet and savoury flavours. The berry pie with ice cream was to die for and we had very good quality red wine. A complimentary glass of Portuguese sparkling wine was also very much appreciated. All in all, can't stop raving about this place, which had superb kitchen, attentive service and nice atmosphere. Definitely a 10/10. The prices were very reasonable for all the food we had and we can only recommend it to others!
Delightful dinner. Everything we had was delicious. The ambiance was lovely. It was a breath of fresh air all the lovely foods the offered. We loved the wine list and the chocolate dessert was amazing. Especially when it is served with the most adorable tiny port cordial glasses.
Highest quality and impeccable service: try the cod and the fish soup. Ana, you are an exceptional host. We will definitely be back!
